Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern your access to and use of Winbd's online gambling services, including the Website, mobile apps and related wagering and gaming offerings (the Services). By creating an account, placing bets, or playing any game through the Services, you enter into a binding contract with Winbd and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Rules, Bonus Terms and Responsible Gaming Terms. The Terms operate alongside any downloads, notices or rules that are specific to particular games or promotions.

Definitions

  1. Access Device means any electronic device used to access the Services, including computers, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles and smart TVs, or any other device capable of accessing the Services.
  2. Promotions Terms means the terms and conditions and rules governing promotions, bonuses and special offers supplied by Winbd from time to time.
  3. Download Terms means any end user terms and conditions applicable to software that may be downloaded to access the Services.
  4. General Terms means these Terms and Conditions including related policies referenced herein.
  5. Group means Winbd and any of its subsidiaries or holding companies from time to time, and any direct or indirect subsidiary thereof.
  6. Rules means the Betting Rules and any other rules applicable to the relevant type of gaming or betting.
  7. Services means the services offered by Winbd through the Website and/or any Access Device application.
  8. Terms & Conditions means the General Terms, Privacy Policy, the applicable Rules, Bonus Terms, Responsible Gaming Terms, Errors Terms and Download Terms, as well as any other terms applicable to the Services.
  9. Website means the Winbd domain, its pages, subpages and subdomains you access from time to time.

Acceptance and Changes to Terms

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the Terms. Winbd reserves the right to revise the Terms at any time. The most current version will be available via the Website, and the date of effect will be stated in the updated Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated to you in a reasonable manner. If you disagree with material changes, you may stop using the Services and/or close your account in accordance with these Terms.

Opening an Account

To place bets or play games, you must open an Account. You may open an Account by contacting Customer Services or by following the on-screen join process. Your Account may be operated by Winbd or by a Group company acting on Winbd’s behalf.

  • You must provide accurate personal information, including name, date of birth and contact details, and you may update these details under Your Account.
  • You warrant that you are over the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and that gambling is lawful where you reside, and you are not currently prohibited from gambling.
  • Your Account must be registered in your own name and must not be duplicated or shared with others. If duplicate accounts are identified, Winbd may close them and apply remedies described in these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering

Winbd will verify your identity and place of residence to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering obligations. You must complete verification by uploading documents within 30 days of registration or before the first withdrawal, whichever is earlier. Required materials include:

  • Colored photocopy/photo of a government-issued ID (ID card, passport or driver’s license) showing full name, date of birth and expiry date; real-time selfie with the document visible; and
  • Colored photocopy/photo of a recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months) showing issue date, full name and address;
  • Documents must be high resolution, color, and legible. Supported image formats include PNG, JPG or GIF (PDFs are not accepted).

Documents must be uploaded via the Account portal or sent to Winbd’s customer support. Winbd may request additional documents as reasonably required. You will be notified of verification status within 24 hours of receipt of materials, and any updates may affect your ability to deposit or withdraw funds until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All payments to your Winbd Account are subject to verification and AML screening. You may deposit using the payment methods offered on the Website, subject to available limits and any verification steps. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the withdrawal method selected and are subject to ongoing verification checks before release. Winbd reserves the right to suspend or decline deposits or withdrawals where required to comply with applicable laws or to investigate suspicious activity.

  • All payments are the responsibility of the account holder. You may be asked to provide further information to verify ownership of funds.
  • Withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically aligned with the chosen method’s processing times, once your identity and payment details are verified.

Prohibited Uses and Jurisdiction

Use of the Services is restricted to eligible individuals who can lawfully place bets and participate in gambling activities. Prohibited jurisdictions include, without limitation, certain territories where gambling is restricted or illegal. You must not access the Services from prohibited jurisdictions or use methods intended to circumvent location checks.

  • Winbd reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who fail to meet eligibility criteria or who attempt to circumvent geographic or age restrictions.
  • If you relocate to a jurisdiction where the Services are restricted, you must cease using the Services immediately and may be eligible for account closure in accordance with these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

Winbd promotes responsible gaming. You may set self-imposed limits on deposits and losses, take a break, or request self-exclusion. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should seek appropriate help and utilize the responsible gaming tools provided by Winbd.

Account Management, Security and Dormant Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must contact Winbd immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. An Account that has not been accessed for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Winbd may terminate dormant accounts and forfeit any real money balance, subject to applicable rules. Where a dormant account is reactivated, any promotional or bonus funds remain forfeited unless otherwise stated in the Promotions Terms.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions may be offered from time to time, subject to Promotions Terms and any wagering requirements. Winbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate bonuses and related winnings if irregular or exploitative gaming practices are detected, or if the player engages in advantage play or other prohibited conduct as defined in the Promotions Terms.

Intellectual Property

All Site Content, logos, and the Winbd brand are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights to any Site Content or marks by using the Services, beyond a limited license to use the Services for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Winbd excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services. Direct damages are limited to the amount of fees paid or payable by you to Winbd in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Winbd.

Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winbd is registered. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is illegal or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Complaints and Notices

If you have a dispute or grievance, contact Winbd’s customer support in writing. If the matter remains unresolved to your satisfaction, you may pursue remedies in the local courts of the governing law jurisdiction or through any other dispute mechanism available under applicable law.

Termination, Suspension and Closure

Winbd may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or close your Account, for reasons including breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of laws. You may also terminate your Account by following the procedure provided on the Website. Upon termination, you may request withdrawal of any remaining balance subject to verification checks.

Assignment and Transfer

Winbd may assign this Agreement or any rights under it to affiliates or successor entities. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Winbd’s prior written consent.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Winbd regarding the Services and supersede all prior communications.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
