Overview of the Winbd Affiliate Program

Winbd offers an affiliate program for partners who promote Winbd gaming products. Participation entitles the Partner to earn a revenue share based on the activity of players referred to Winbd. Commissions are calculated on eligible player activity and are subject to the terms set forth in these Affiliate Terms.

Definitions

  • Partner: An individual or legal entity approved to promote Winbd products under the Affiliate Program, assigned a unique affiliate ID.
  • Player: A real-money bettor who registers through a Partner's tracking link and deposits at Winbd.
  • Revenue Share: The Partner’s share of eligible revenue payable by Winbd in respect of referred players.
  • Tracking and Attribution: The mechanism by which Winbd records referrals via a Partner’s unique ID and credits resulting revenue to the Partner.
  • Affiliate Portal: The secure web interface through which you manage links, view reports, and receive marketing assets.
  • Payout: The transfer of earned commissions from Winbd to the Partner through supported payment methods.
  • Lifetime Revenue: Revenue earned from a referred player's activity for as long as the player remains eligible under the Affiliate Terms.
  • Personal Manager: A dedicated affiliate manager assigned to assist with performance optimization and issue resolution.

Eligibility and Joining

Participation is free. You may join without owning a website; Winbd accepts alternative traffic sources consistent with applicable law. To apply, submit your basic information via the Affiliate Portal or contact the Affiliate Team at Winbd. Applications are reviewed within five (5) business days. Upon approval, you receive access to the Affiliate Portal and a unique Affiliate ID.

Tracking, Attribution, and Reporting

Winbd assigns a unique affiliate ID to each Partner. Referred player activity is tracked through Partner links and banners. A tracking cookie is placed on the player’s device, enabling Winbd to attribute registrations and deposits to the correct Partner. The Affiliate Portal provides real-time reporting on referred players, registrations, deposits, and revenue. Data can be exported in CSV, JSON, or XML formats for offline analysis.

Commission Structure

The program uses a tiered revenue share model. The base rate is 30% of the lifetime revenue generated by referred players. As performance thresholds are met, the applicable rate increases up to a maximum of 40% lifetime revenue. Specific tier thresholds and applicable rates are published in the Affiliate Portal and may be updated with notice. All revenue share is calculated on eligible activity and paid in accordance with these Terms.

  • Illustrative tiers (illustrative only): Tier A up to 50,000 USD of lifetime revenue per calendar month yields 30%; Tier B 50,000–149,999 USD yields 34%; Tier C 150,000 USD and above yields 40%.
  • Lifetime revenue applies to all eligible activity from referred players for as long as such activity remains eligible and within the terms herein.

Payouts and Payment Methods

Commissions accrue monthly and are paid on the first business day of the month following the period in which revenue was earned. The minimum payout amount is 100 USD. Payouts are made through supported electronic methods or bank transfer. A payout summary and underlying revenue are provided in the Affiliate Portal and via a payout notification.

Promotions, Marketing Assets, and Brand Use

You may use Winbd-approved marketing assets provided in the Affiliate Portal. Marketing materials may not be modified in a manner that misrepresents Winbd or its products. Promotions and banners issued by Winbd may be deployed; use of unapproved promotions, banners, or coupons is prohibited. All branding and creative usage must conform to Winbd’s guidelines as published in the Affiliate Portal.

Sub-Affiliates

Partners may appoint sub-affiliates. The Partner remains responsible for the actions of sub-affiliates and must ensure compliance with the Affiliate Terms. Sub-affiliates may receive a portion of the Partner’s revenue share; the maximum transfer to sub-affiliates is 5% of the referred revenue accruing to the Partner. Sub-affiliate arrangements are detailed in the Affiliate Portal and any Sub-Affiliate Agreement.

Fraud Prevention, Compliance, and Risk Management

Winbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Partner for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harming Winbd or its players. In such cases, commissions may be withheld or clawed back as permitted by applicable law and these Terms. Partners must comply with applicable gaming and advertising regulations and provide truthful information during onboarding and ongoing KYC checks. There is no negative carryover; balances reflect earned commissions and are settled monthly.

Data Privacy and Security

Winbd processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Partners may access non-personal aggregated data and reports via the Affiliate Portal. Personal data is disclosed only as required for administration of the Affiliate Program or as required by law. Data retention and security measures are described in the Affiliate Terms and Privacy Policy.

Term, Termination, and Final Settlement

The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Upon termination, Winbd will complete a final settlement of all earned but unpaid commissions in accordance with the payment terms. No further commissions will accrue after the termination date, except for eligible activity occurring prior to termination and within the payout window defined by the Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Winbd’s licensing and operation. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Affiliate Program shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set out in the Affiliate Terms, including mandatory arbitration where applicable.
