  • Per-session spend limit: cap total spending within a single session.
  • Session duration limit: restrict continuous playing time per session.
  • Maximum single wager: cap the size of any individual bet.

All limits are user-defined and require explicit confirmation in the account interface to prevent accidental changes. Limits may be modified or removed by you in accordance with platform rules.

Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

Time-Out provides a temporary cessation of all Winbd activity. When Time-Out is activated, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay are blocked for the selected period. The duration options are displayed in the Account Settings; typical choices include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days. Reactivation occurs automatically at the end of the selected period; changes to an active Time-Out are not permitted during the period.

Self-Exclusion offers a longer-term pause from gambling. Initiation of Self-Exclusion involves a formal request via the in-account support channel and is subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. After the cooling-off period, the platform presents the available fixed-duration self-exclusion periods for selection. Once a period is chosen, it cannot be varied during its term. The account will remain closed for the chosen duration, during which deposits and withdrawals are blocked and no gameplay is possible. Reactivation requires completion of the cooling-off process and explicit confirmation from the user.

Account Closure and Reopening

Users may request permanent closure of their Winbd account at any time. Upon receipt of a valid request, access to the account will be disabled and no further activity will be permitted. Reopening of a closed account is subject to platform policy, regulatory obligations and any outstanding processing requirements. A consultative process with the user may be conducted prior to closure to ensure all financial and legal implications are addressed.

Protection of Minors and Responsible Marketing

Winbd prohibits participation by individuals under 18 years of age. During registration, age verification is mandatory, and the platform will employ suitable controls to prevent underage access. Marketing communications will not target or encourage excessive or unmoderated play.
