Scope and Principles
These Winbd Sportsbook Betting Rules govern the placement, settlement and administration of bets offered by Winbd. They apply to all markets and events presented on the Winbd platform and supplement applicable law and regulatory requirements in the client’s jurisdiction. By placing a bet, the End User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these rules as they stand at the time of bet acceptance and as they may be amended from time to time.
Eligibility, Registration and Account Security
Eligibility
Only individuals who have reached the age of majority as required by applicable law in their country of residence and who are legally permitted to gamble may open an account and place bets. Winbd reserves the right to apply suitability checks and to refuse or suspend services to any person without notice where prohibited by law or where reasonable grounds exist to suspect illegality or integrity concerns.
Account Ownership and Security
Each client must maintain sole control of their Winbd account. Multiple or shared accounts are prohibited. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account. Winbd reserves the right to suspend or block access to an account where there is evidence of automated or robotic betting, or other irregular activity.
Bet Types and Market Structures
Standard Bet Types
- Single: A wager on a single outcome of a specified event.
- Accumulator/Multiple: A bet on two or more independent outcomes, with the requirement that every selected outcome is correct for a payout.
- System: A collection of multiple combinations derived from a fixed set of selections, where payouts are calculated on the relevant winning combinations.
Advanced Bet Formats
- Conditional Bet: A sequence of bets where the payout of subsequent parts depends on the outcome of the first part; the main part must settle before the dependent parts pay out.
- Bet Builder: A configurable set of selections within a single event; all selections must win for the bet to pay.
- Cash Out: A negotiated settlement allowing early closure of a bet under revised terms, subject to availability and platform discretion.
- Early Payout: A discretionary feature allowing settlement of a bet before its final outcome when predefined conditions are met; availability is event- and market-specific and may be withdrawn at any time.
Market Definitions and Odds
Winbd offers a range of market types including, but not limited to, match outcomes, handicap and Asian handicap, total goals/points, correct score, half-time/full-time, and rare or time-based markets. Odds reflect the terms presented at bet acceptance and may be adjusted up to the moment of bet confirmation in accordance with event progression and official data. Where decimal odds are used, payout is calculated as the stake multiplied by the decimal odds, rounded in accordance with standard rounding rules to two decimal places when applicable.
Placing Bets and Acceptance
Bet Acceptance and Valid Line
Bets are accepted on the valid market line displayed at the time of bet acceptance. A bet is binding once it has been confirmed by the platform. The client confirms awareness of and agreement with the rules upon bet placement. Winbd reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at its sole discretion and without prior notice in cases including, but not limited to, ineligible accounts, regulatory concerns, or suspected irregular activity.
Timing and Live Betting
Pre-match bets are accepted up to the scheduled start of the event unless otherwise stated. Live bets may be accepted during an event on markets with unsettled outcomes. For live bets, odds are dynamic and may change during the event; payout calculations reflect the odds at the time of settlement based on official data unless otherwise stated in market rules.
Void Bets and Settlement Standards
If the result of an event is known prior to bet acceptance, a bet placed on that event may be deemed void. Bets accepted after the event has begun are generally settled at a fixed baseline if the rule applies. Where settlement requires official results, Winbd shall rely on the official source; in the absence of official data, in-house statistics may be used as a fallback after a reasoned assessment. Any bets that are found to be based on incorrect event data may be voided or re-settled as appropriate.
Live Betting Rules
Real-Time Pricing and Settlement
Live odds update in real time to reflect the evolving state of play. Settlement for live bets is based on the final or official results immediately following the conclusion of the event, except where a market specifies alternative criteria. If a live market is interrupted or the event is not completed, settlement will be determined in accordance with the applicable market rules and official data. Claims for live bets must be lodged within 24 hours of the event’s start; later submissions may be refused.
Balances, Bonuses and Wagering
Structure of Balances
Clients have two balances: real balance and bonus balance. Real balance is used for standard bets and withdrawals. Winnings derived from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and may be subject to wagering requirements and other terms as specified on the bonus offer. Bets funded from bonus balances are generally subject to restrictions and do not affect real funds unless the bonus terms are satisfied.
Bonus Rules and Abuse
Active bonuses are governed by their terms and conditions. It is prohibited to place bets that exploit bonus promotions or to bypass wagering requirements. In the event of a breach, Winbd may cancel the bonus and related winnings and may apply account-level restrictions, including bet limits and temporary or permanent blocking of access.
Settlement, Re-Settlement and Error Handling
Official Results and Re-Settlement Rights
Winbd settles markets according to official results. If an official result is modified or a market is declared void, Winbd reserves the right to re-settle the market and adjust client balances accordingly. This includes correction of arithmetic or data-entry errors and any technical or human errors that affect bet acceptance or settlement.
Errors in Acceptance or Settlement
In the event of a material error in odds or in the acceptance of a bet, Winbd retains the right to cancel or re-settle affected bets. A determination of error includes, without limitation, obviously erroneous odds, missing characters, or discrepancies between live data feeds and market offers.
Special Rules, Tools and Market Features
Bet Builder and Combined Markets
Bet Builder allows selection of multiple markets within a single event. All selections must win for the Bet Builder to pay. Bet Builder may be offered only for certain events and is subject to change or withdrawal at Winbd’s discretion.
Hedging and Partial Settlements
Partial settlements or cash-out may be offered as a customer service feature; available only where specified and subject to the terms of the bet offer and general betting rules. Where available, cash-out terms may be altered or withdrawn without prior notice.
Cancellations, Abandonments and Dead Heats
If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a defined threshold, affected bets may be voided in accordance with market rules. In events with dead heats, winnings are distributed among joint winners in proportion to the number of winning participants, subject to the specific dead-heat formula applied in the market.
Disputes, Complaints and Time Limits
Disputes regarding bets or withdrawals should be raised with Winbd’s Support Team. Claims must be submitted within seven days from the date and time of the relevant event’s official start. Documentation or evidence supporting the claim should be provided. Winbd will review complaints in accordance with its internal procedures and applicable law and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to Rules and Notifications
Winbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or revoke any rule, market offering or feature at any time and without prior notice, subject to regulatory requirements. Updated terms will apply to bets placed after the effective date of the change, and bets placed before the change will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of bet placement unless the change is required by law or regulatory action.
