Bonus Policy Overview
This Bonus Policy governs all bonuses, bonus funds, and promotional offers provided by Winbd. It supplements the general Terms and Conditions of the site and applies to all players unless a promotion states otherwise. In the event of inconsistency, the specific bonus terms prevail over the general terms. All currencies have fixed equivalents for depositing, wagering, and receiving prizes unless stated otherwise, and all times and dates connected to bonuses are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Eligibility, Account Integrity and Restrictions
Bonuses are available to eligible players who have registered with Winbd and completed any required verification. A single account per person, family, address, email address, IP address, device, or payment method applies. Creating multiple accounts, sharing an account, or allowing a third party to access an account may result in forfeiture of bonuses, confiscation of winnings, and termination of accounts. Geographical restrictions may apply; players must comply with all applicable laws to participate.
Winbd reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, suspend, or cancel bonuses at any time for suspected abuse or fraud. Any determination made by Winbd concerning bonus eligibility, wagering, or withdrawals is final and binding.
Bonus Activation, Balance and Duration
Bonuses are credited to a dedicated Bonus Balance. Funds in the Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn directly. Wagering on eligible games converts Bonus Balance funds into Cash Balance progressively as wagering requirements are met. Only Cash Balance funds are eligible for withdrawal. A Bonus must be active to participate in wagering; once an active Bonus is cancelled, or its wagering requirements are fulfilled, the balance transitions accordingly.
Only one bonus can be active at any given time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative, and players may not activate previously unused bonuses after initiating a withdrawal request. Bonuses have a defined active period and will expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated window.
Wagering Requirements and Contribution Rules
Wagering requirements apply to bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Unless otherwise stated, deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 45 times the initial bonus amount. Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the winnings. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows: slots contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement; most table games, video poker, and roulette contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%), while some games contribute 0% or are restricted during an active bonus. Live casino and jackpot games are typically restricted while a bonus is active.
During wagering, the maximum bet is capped to a value equivalent to a small fixed amount in the player’s currency (for example, equivalent to 5 EUR). Bets exceeding the cap may forfeit wagering progress. Not all games contribute equally; players should consult the specific bonus terms for a precise contribution table and any game-specific exclusions.
Bonuses can be canceled by the player before wagering requirements are met; in that case the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus are removed. Winnings from the bonus are only released to Cash Balance after all wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
No Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and Cash-Out Limits
No deposit bonuses are subject to a cap on winnings and withdrawals. The maximum withdrawable amount from any no deposit bonus is set at a fixed value (for example, an amount equivalent to 50 USD). Only Cash Balance can be withdrawn while any Bonus Balance remains active. A single withdrawal limit may apply to any winnings linked to no deposit bonuses.
For any bonus subject to wagering, withdrawal requests may be rejected if wagering requirements are not yet fulfilled. Account verification, including identity and payment method verification, is required prior to processing withdrawals related to bonus funds.
First Deposit Welcome Offers and Other Promotions
Welcome offers associated with the first cash deposit are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap after wagering requirements are met. Withdrawal of funds from a first-deposit bonus is permitted only after the wagering requirements are fully satisfied and the player’s account is fully verified. If wagering requirements are not met within the promotional period, the bonus and any related winnings may be voided.
Other promotions follow the same overarching framework: one active bonus at a time, wagering requirements as specified, and game-contribution rules that determine progress toward withdrawal eligibility.
Cancellation, Forfeiture and Expert Discretion
A player may cancel any bonus prior to completing wagering requirements. Upon cancellation, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus are removed from the account, while real money balance remains intact.
Winbd may void bonus funds and winnings if the bonus has been obtained dishonestly, or if the player engages in exploitative or collusive behavior or other prohibited practices. In such cases, the entire bonus balance and related winnings may be confiscated.
Duration, Expiry and Changes to Terms
Bonuses have defined expiry periods, typically ten days from activation, with free spins expiring earlier (commonly within three days). If wagering requirements are not met by expiry, the bonus and any winnings may be removed. Winbd reserves the right to update or modify Bonus Terms at any time. The English version of the Bonus Terms governs, and any translations are provided for convenience only; in the event of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
Disputes, Jurisdiction and Finality
In any dispute related to bonus terms, wagering, or bonuses, Winbd’s decisions are final. Players can contact Winbd support to discuss bonus-related matters; however, regulatory requirements and internal policy will guide final resolutions.
